Meet Rachel Wallach, PA-C

Rachel Wallach, PA-C brings nearly a decade of advanced practice to her work in aesthetics and functional medicine at Radiance Medspa. Her clinical background is notably diverse, spanning trauma surgery, neurosurgery, and transplant surgery.

Growing up in Colorado as a gymnast and ski racer, Rachel learned early how much nutrition and wellness shape long-term health. That foundation grew into a passion for functional medicine and its focus on longevity, prevention, and whole-person optimization. She’s also candid about the shortcomings of the conventional medical system — and how misinformation has disproportionately affected women over the past couple of decades. She’s ready to help rebalance the scale.

After a liberal arts education at Colorado College, Rachel earned her degree from the New York Institute of Technology Physician Assistant program in 2016. She began her career in high-acuity hospitals in New York City, including Lenox Hill Hospital and Weill Cornell. In 2020, she returned home to Colorado to practice pediatric neurosurgery at Children’s Hospital Colorado, later transitioning to transplant surgery at the University of Colorado Hospital. At Radiance, Rachel is committed to building meaningful relationships with her patients and delivering individualized care that helps them feel seen, heard, and empowered in their health journey.

Beyond the Clinic

Outside of work, Rachel enjoys life in Denver with her husband Justin, their son Asher, and their Golden Retriever, Frankie. She continues to embrace Colorado’s active lifestyle and is especially excited to introduce her son to skiing — a fitting next chapter, given she first skied Aspen Mountain top to bottom at just two years old. What she finds most fascinating about wellness is the endless learning, though her favorite wellness hack so far involves apple cider vinegar before meals. She’d love the chance to talk through that one — and any other wellness topic — when you come in.
