Position Summary
We are seeking a compassionate, knowledgeable, and patient-focused Nurse Practitioner with expertise in Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT) and integrative wellness care. This position plays a critical role in helping patients achieve optimal health through individualized hormone optimization, wellness planning, and lifestyle education. The ideal candidate is experienced in managing bioidentical hormone therapies for both men and women and is committed to evidence-based, holistic patient care. This role also includes supporting medically supervised weight loss protocols, including the use of GLP-1 medications, peptides, and nutraceuticals to help patients achieve sustainable results. The ideal candidate understands the metabolic, hormonal, and nutritional factors that impact body composition and wellness.

Work Schedule
This is a Full Time position at our Louisville, Colorado location. Work hours are Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday 9am to 7pm and Friday 9am to 5pm.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including physical exams, lab interpretation, and symptom reviews
• Develop and manage personalized HRT treatment plans, including prescribing and titrating bioidentical hormones (pellets,creams, injections, oral medications)
• Educate patients on wellness optimization strategies, including nutrition, lifestyle changes, and supplement use
• Monitor treatment efficacy and safety through follow-up appointments and lab reviews
• Collaborate with supervising physicians and other medical team members, including aesthetics team members
• Maintain detailed and compliant medical records in EMR
• Provide exceptional patient experiences through empathetic communication and continuity of care
• Stay current with research and industry trends in hormone health, functional medicine, and wellness

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license in Colorado
• Board-certified NP (FNP, AGNP, or equivalent)
• Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in HRT, functional medicine, or wellness
• Experience with hormone pellet therapy, testosterone replacement, and BHRT preferred
• Excellent patient communication and relationship-building skills
• Proficiency in interpreting lab panels relevant to hormone health and functional wellness
• EMR proficiency and ability to document clearly and efficiently
• Experience with wellness therapies such as weight loss protocols (e.g., GLP-1s), or peptide therapy

Preferred

• Training and/or certification in functional medicine or integrative health
• A passion for educating and empowering patients
• Familiarity with Aesthetic Medicine
