Professionally, Kelly thrives on developing patient relationships and instilling confidence. She’s an avid learner, always expanding her knowledge in the ever-evolving field of aesthetics. On a personal note, her three kids are the heart of her world, and she cherishes every moment watching them grow and excel.

Professional Journey

Having previously worked as a clinical specialist at Sciton, the manufacturer of BBL and MOXI Laser Resurfacing, Kelly brings a wealth of skill to Radiance. Her role involved traveling across the U.S. to provide training to practices on laser systems. Prior to this, she spent nine years as a labor and delivery and OR nurse at a level I trauma center.

Biggest Accomplishment

Finding that sweet spot where her passion for aesthetics aligns with being a present and involved mom is Kelly’s biggest accomplishment. Balancing dream job satisfaction with family life is truly rewarding for her.

Education and Connection

Kelly’s education journey, starting with integrative physiology and psychology at CU, followed by an accelerated nursing degree, laid the foundation for her versatile nursing career. Laser treatments, having transformed her own skin, fuel her desire to boost others’ confidence.

Previous Career Experience:

Nursing has been Kelly’s constant, with roles in med/surg, telemetry, labor and delivery, and OR. Her journey to the world of medical spas is a testament to her diverse nursing background.

Her knack for turning dull, sun-damaged skin into a clear, even, and bright complexion stands out. What clients appreciate most is her genuine care and excellent bedside manner.
