Aesthetics, wellness, and longevity — now under one roof.

You can do everything right for your skin — protect it, treat it, care for it — and still not feel quite like yourself. Good skin doesn’t fix restless sleep, low energy, or the quiet sense that your body isn’t running the way it used to. That gap between looking well and feeling well is exactly where a growing area of medicine is doing some of its most interesting work.

For 20 years, Radiance has helped patients look refreshed, natural, and like themselves. We’re now extending that same medically led care beneath the surface — to how your body actually feels and functions. We call it Radiance Wellness. Consider this less an announcement and more an explanation: what it is, why it makes sense, and how to tell whether it’s for you.

What do we actually mean by “wellness”?

It’s a word that gets used loosely, so it’s worth being precise. At Radiance, wellness doesn’t mean supplements and good intentions. It means medically supervised, measurable care — the same clinical standard we bring to aesthetics, pointed at the things happening inside your body: your metabolism, your hormones, and the long-term foundations of your health.

That distinction matters. Medically led wellness starts with evaluation and lab work — so decisions are based on your actual physiology, not guesswork. Every plan is created and overseen by a licensed medical provider and personalized to you. If a treatment isn’t a good fit, we’ll tell you. That’s the difference between wellness as a marketing category and wellness as medicine — measured, not guessed.

How do Wellness and Aesthetics fit together?

Because the skin is rarely just the skin. Sleep, stress, hormones, metabolism, and inflammation all leave their fingerprints on the surface — dullness, puffiness, breakouts, thinning, slower healing. Aesthetic medicine treats the whole person from the outside in. Wellness does it from the inside out. They’re connected systems, and we treat them together.

Our patients arrived at this before we announced anything. Over time, more of them told us that looking good and feeling good had started to feel like separate projects — and asked whether we could help with both. Extending our care to how you feel wasn’t a pivot. It was the logical next step in what we’ve always done: support and restore what’s naturally yours.

Medical Weight Loss: what supervision and data actually add

Weight is often framed as a willpower test. Physiologically, that’s not accurate. Body weight is governed by a web of hormonal and metabolic signals — appetite regulation, insulin, thyroid function, sleep, stress — that operate largely outside conscious control. That’s why so many people can do “everything right” and still stall.

A medical weight-loss program treats it as the whole-body matter it is. That typically means a clinical evaluation, relevant lab work, and a personalized plan that may include FDA-approved medications, nutritional guidance, and ongoing monitoring — with the specifics determined by your provider and your data, not a one-size protocol. The supervision is the point: it’s what keeps the approach safe, adjusts it as your body responds, and builds something you can actually sustain.

Hormone Optimization: reading the body’s messaging system

Hormones are how your body coordinates itself — chemical messages that influence energy, mood, sleep, focus, metabolism, and libido. When those signals drift out of range, the effects are easy to feel but hard to name: persistent fatigue, brain fog, disrupted sleep, changes in mood, a general “I just don’t feel like me.” These shifts are common with age, and they’re often overlooked because they don’t point to any single, obvious cause.

The medically sound approach is to measure rather than assume. Testing shows what’s actually happening, and any plan is built around your levels and goals — then tracked and adjusted over time. The aim isn’t to chase numbers for their own sake. It’s to help you feel steady, clear, and more like yourself.

Longevity & Foundational Wellness: healthspan, not just lifespan

There’s a useful distinction in modern medicine between lifespan — how long you live — and healthspan — how long you stay strong, sharp, and active. Longevity medicine is proactive rather than reactive: instead of waiting for problems to appear, it establishes a clear baseline of your health and works to protect it.

In practice, that means paying attention to the foundations — metabolic health, key biomarkers, and the everyday factors that quietly shape how you age. It’s preventative care with a long view, focused not just on adding years, but on making the years you have feel good to live in. Measure it, optimize it, extend it.

How the two sides fit together

The advantage of having aesthetics and wellness under one roof isn’t just convenience. It’s continuity. Your care stays in one place, guided by one team applying a single medical standard across everything it does — rather than being pieced together across separate offices. Whether you’re a longtime patient or brand new to Radiance, that means your aesthetic and wellness care work from the same picture, with the same people looking after how you feel as carefully as how you look.

How do you get started?

The first step is a Comprehensive Wellness Assessment — a dedicated sit-down with a provider to review your full health picture, talk through your goals, and build a plan made specifically for you. It includes blood work and body composition measurement, all done in-house as part of your visit, so your plan is built on real data rather than guesswork. It’s a real medical evaluation, not a sales consult; you’ll leave understanding your options whether or not you decide to move forward.

To mark the launch, we’re offering the assessment to Founding Wellness Patients for $199 (regularly $299).

If any of this resonates — the fatigue, the fog, the sense that you’d like to feel as good as you look — we’d be glad to talk it through with you.
